Woodworking for Kids

Focus, patience, personal fulfillment, and confidence when building things. These aren’t just the qualities of a future engineer (if that’s what you want your child to become), but valuable life skills everyone should have.

Our woodworking courses for kids (ages 10–14) and parent-child woodworking classes (ages 6–9) help little ones develop these essential abilities.

What will your child learn in the woodworking course?

  1. How to work safely with different tools (hand drill, saw, hammer, etc.)
  2. Understanding wood and how it behaves
  3. Joinery using screws, glues, and nails — and how to hide them
  4. Basic hand-made joints (depending on each child’s interest and pace)
  5. Patience, focus, personal satisfaction, and respect for manual work — values we believe are more important than ever

This woodworking course is designed for both beginners and children with prior experience.
